Summary
This paper shows the line test and some numerical studies for the abnormal vibration of the vehicle. The installation of acceleration on car body, frames and wheel sets are presented. The data from the line test was analyzed to check the characteristics of the vibration of the vehicle. Train system dynamics and an aerodynamics model were built. On this basis, the modal analyses, studies on energy transfers between the adjacent vehicles and analyses of train-airflow coupling vibration were carried out. The abnormal vibration of the vehicle was reproduced by numerical simulation. The global optimizations with multi-parameters, multi-operating-environments and multi-purposes were carried out. The abnormal vibration disappears for the train with the optimized parameters.
