Abstract
This study presents an efficient integral method based on quasirandom numbers and genetic algorithm (GA). The method determines a set of coefficients, so as to minimize the error between the estimated value and its strict solution. In this study, this set of coefficients is determined by using a powerful optimization method based on CA. Effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated through several numerical examples.
