Abstract

This paper presents the management of the design of structures for a mega project, the Egnatia Motorway in Greece. It covers a general description of the project and the company of Egnatia Odos AE, which carries out the management of the project. A great number of design studies have to be administered, within a short period of time. The procedures developed for the administration of these studies are presented and commented on.
