Abstract

This paper sets out the justification for producing another computer program for compiling a B/Q in the CESMM format. The program specification, design philosophy and implementation are outlined before describing the facilities available. From user reactions it is judged that the program has achieved the original objective - streamlined B/Q production with little pre-operational tuition required.
