Abstract
A procedure for including time rate effects in concrete material modelling is described in this paper, and the consequent parameters identified for dynamic tensile and compressive loading conditions. The resulting rate sensitive non associated viscoplastic model is used for the nonlinear analysis of a plate problem under dynamic loading.
